By accessing or using AidePass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of AidePass, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
AidePass is an AI-powered NCLEX-RN preparation platform that provides practice questions, clinical reasoning training, performance analytics, and AI-generated coaching feedback. The Service is designed to supplement — not replace — formal nursing education and review courses.
AidePass does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the NCLEX-RN examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AidePass. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access most features of AidePass, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aidepass.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
AidePass offers one-time payment plans for access to the Service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@aidepass.com for a full refund. Refund requests made after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content on AidePass — including practice questions, explanations, AI coaching responses, frameworks, and design — is the intellectual property of AidePass and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

AidePass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Your use of AidePass is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your data.
In summary: we collect only the information necessary to provide the Service (name, email, usage and performance data, and payment references). We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use it to train AI models operated by other companies.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of AidePass shall not exceed the amount you paid to AidePass in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service.
Your continued use of AidePass after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
